The bulk of ASOC's stock of the most popular spare parts held at the current club Stores wil be moved to the new premises near Shrewbury starting on 10th October. Stores will close at 4.30pm on Tuesday 4th October for around 20 days due to this move.

This part of the move is being handled by contractors. However, labelling and some packing at Conkwell, and all unpacking at Pentre will fall to those willing to volunteer to help. How many people help will directly bear on how quickly the club is able to resume supplying spare parts from all of its stock.

It is anticipated that Stores will re-open for phone calls and emails on Monday 24th October. You should still use the same phone numbers as now; and Chris at Conkwell will still deal with all enquiries at least until the end of November. Dispatch of avaiable parts will come from both Conkwell and Pentre.

If you can spare even just a day to help the club at either the Conkwell or Shrewsbury site please get in touch. We particularly need a big turnout of volunteers 10th to 21st October at the Shrewsbury end to help with unpacking. Between these dates only, you can ring 01743 741605 on the day to let us know you are coming over.

If you are planning a big winter project, such as an engine rebuild, or may urgently need a part, please try to get your order in now. Dispatch time for orders placed after Stores re-opens may be uncertain until at least the end of the year.
